Description

Berry Vanilla Iced Coffee is a naturally sweet, fruity twist on cold brew. It combines bold coffee with mashed berries, vanilla, and milk for a creamy, energizing treat.

Ingredients

1 cup cold brew or strong iced coffee

¼ cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or vanilla syrup)

½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative

½ cup ice cubes

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

1. Mash the fresh berries in a bowl with a fork until juicy.

2. Stir in vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup (if using). Let sit to blend.

3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

4. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.

5. Spoon the berry mixture into the coffee and gently stir.

6. Top with milk or milk alternative and let it layer.

7. Garnish with extra whole berries and serve with a straw.

Notes

Use any mix of strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries based on your taste.

Oat or almond milk work great for a dairy-free version.

Chill your glass for an extra-cold experience.
